vacation

longest blog ever
watched "fever pitch" tonight. havent heard dropkick murphys in years. it made me miss the east coast. so i got a ton of their albums off a torrent site. 'boys on the docks (murphys pub version)' is seriously fucking awesome. later today i leave for omaha to work at the store there. actually, i leave for the airport in less than five hours. i'm an idiot. i should sleep. either way, i'm in omaha until the 27th and then i leave for ct on the 28th. i'll be there until the 5th of october. then on the 7th my housemates leave for tour. for about three weeks/a month i think. with veruca salt. so you know what that means! HOUSE PARTY! not at all. i need a cat nap. i'll leave you with quite possibly the best picture ever. i'm not even going to put it behind a cut because that would take away from its awesomeness.  |

i cant find a way to make this play without the cadillac commercial, deal. and maybe buy one for me, huh? so pat robertson of the 700 club pretty much called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez ( video, story). the white house dismissed the comments and said that 'he [robertson] was a private citizen and had the right to voice his opinions' or some crazy shit-talk. would their story be the same if the roles were reversed? if some venezuelan tv personality called for the assassination of Bush, we would have bombed them twice already. for sure. not a good car week. after work on thursday my brake hose broke... so i had to get that fixed, not until friday morning though. $95 well spent i must say. and on friday i was supposed to go pick up a friends dog about 45 miles away and watch it for the night. i got out to where i was picking the dog up and promptly broke my serpentine(?) belt. without that beld, my poor little truck cant run. so i was fucked for a few hours. got a tow, and a ride and this morning dropped another $65 in two days on the buccaneer. at least its harry potter day. that shit better get here before i have to leave for work. hurry up you goddamn amazon.com/ups bastards! |
