 the original anthrax line up is back! and they're touring! and there is no mpls date! there are only a few dates on the 'tour' page tho. mostly overseas. if they do play here, i'm totally going. not missing that for the world. i dont care about my 'no big shows/no big crowds' rule. fuck that. anthrax. i've loved them since 7th grade. update.
havent updated in a while. nothing of importance to report. and you'd be bored to tears with my everyday life. trust me. *i'm* bored to tears with my everyday life. got a bike yeterday. or better yet, *found* a bike yesterday. a nice old 3 speed with metal baskets over the back tire. sweet. with a sign on it "free: take me". had someone look at it and they said the brakes might need fixing but they work. and i rode it today and the gears need fixing/replacing the hub or whatever. but either way, it'll be an $80 bike (or somewhere around there) when i get it all fixed. i'm now tired and i need a nap, but i'm at work and i've got to start now. see you in another three weeks. | | Saturday, March 19th, 2005 | | 5:49 am |
geeks and snow.
last two days i took off to geek out, i got sick and stayed home. this time i took off one day to go to Bever Dam, WI and it snowed four or five inches. and they say it'll snow three or four more. we could possibly get up to a foot. i dont care. i'm going anyway. four plus hour drive? yeah. dont care about that either. not much news here. i had two days off in a row and i was going to drive to chicago to check out some comic stores and look for muffler men on the way. wednesday i woke up with the worst sinus pressure/headache i think i've ever had. it sucked. so i just moped around. i figured i could just go on thursday. thursday i woke up and my sinus' felt worse! its sucked x2. so i didnt end up going anywhere. i just sat around and read and watched movies. there's nothing really wrong with that, but i would have liked to drive around a bit. in about an hour or so i'm going to go roller skating. at a birthday party. i havent been on roller skates in about 10 - 15 years. seriously. i am going to bust my ass. hardcore. i'm planning on going to the planet comicon in april. who wants to go with me? and then at the end of september i hope to be going to boston. should be fun. i've only been back in minnesota for about four months now and i already miss the east coast. huh. i've never been to a "real" comic book convention. should be an experience. |
